Project Overview

Oxagile was tasked with rearchitecturing and ongoing enhancement of a powerful DSP within the digital advertising space. The platform is designed to help advertisers maximize ROIs via laser-targeted, highly customizable digital campaigns that rely on complex business logic to deliver the best response.

In addition to implementing a host of new features, the customer needed to address several technical hurdles, including removing scalability limitations, dealing with large data backup and migration issues, and building a new, modern client management module to reduce maintenance time.

Oxagile’s highly-qualified Ruby developers redesigned the application’s architecture, which involved consolidating all client data within a single system (as opposed to multiple resource-intensive application instances) and developed a new client management admin panel designed to seamlessly add, remove, and configure client entities on the fly.

In addition, Oxagile’s team took active part in creating new and extending existing features including improvements in handling creatives, dynamic RTB seat management, better reporting that introduced new metrics and totals calculations, new campaign targeting types, transparent tracking of any changes made to client entities, batch editing for creatives and campaigns, and more.
